All Star Player Selection Criteria
All players, each manager and one coach from each team vote for girls within their age group. The players vote for up to 9 players, only three of which can be from their own team. The managers and coaches vote for up to 12 players. The player's vote selects the top three members of the All Star team. The managers/coaches vote selects the next seven players of the All Star team. The All Star manager then selects the next two to three players to fill any voids and complete the team of 12-13 players.

All Star Team Managers are selected by the League's Board of Directors.
